This agreement is between you (a customer) and DriveIQ Labs Corp, the company behind drivio.us. (referred to as "we," "our," or "us"). By using our site or mobile apps, you agree to the terms and policies outlined here.
drivio.us is an independent educational platform that helps users prepare for driver’s license exams using content based on official state handbooks. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with any DMV. For help, reach us at: support@drivio.us.

2. Your License To Use
You get a personal, limited license to use our website and services. You agree not to:

3. Premium Features
If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those transactions are also subject to the respective platform’s payment, renewal, and cancellation policies. Please consult their terms for more details about managing subscriptions on those platforms.
We offer both free and paid plans. Premium subscribers get access to extra tests and tools. Pricing may differ across our website and mobile apps.
Simple Terms: Free is available to everyone, but Premium gives you more.
4. Refunds and Cancellation
(A) Cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings or email us. Cancel at least 5 days before the renewal date to avoid new charges. We will send you an email reminder about your upcoming subscription renewal at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
(B) If you forget to cancel, we can’t refund automatic renewal charges.
(C) Access ends if your subscription is canceled or payment fails.
Simple Terms: No refunds unless something goes wrong on our end. Cancel early if you don’t want to be charged again.
4.1 No Chargebacks
Disputing charges via your bank is not allowed. Contact our support team by email support@drivio.us first to resolve any issues. Abuse of chargeback processes can lead to fees and account termination.

4.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

4.3 Resolving Issues
If you have a problem, email support@drivio.us. We’ll try to resolve it with you. If not, disputes will be handled in Oregon courts.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our service is provided "as is." We don’t guarantee that you’ll pass your exam. Use our tools at your own risk.

If something goes wrong, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

We’re not responsible for things beyond our control, like natural disasters, service outages, or major disruptions.

- No third parties benefit from this agreement
- You can’t transfer your rights without our permission
- If one part of this agreement is invalid, the rest still applies
- Florida law governs this agreement
